Shipping policy

Where we ship: Luxe Fino Lighting and Decor ships to addresses in the contiguous United States (the 48 continental states and Washington, D.C.). We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes for freight items, or international addresses.

Shipping rates: Complimentary standard shipping on orders of $500 or more. Orders under $500 ship for a flat $19.95.

Processing time: Most orders leave the warehouse within 2–5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Parcel delivery: Most lighting, mirrors and decor ship by insured parcel carrier and typically arrive 3–7 business days after shipping.

Freight delivery: Freestanding tubs and other oversized items ship by freight with curbside delivery. The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery window. Someone 18 or older must be present to receive the delivery, and you will need help moving the item inside.

Inspect before signing: Please inspect every package before signing. If you see damage, note it on the delivery receipt, photograph the packaging and product, and contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

Delays: Delivery times are estimates. Weather, carrier delays and supplier backorders can occasionally extend delivery. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you and offer a full refund or an alternative.
