Refund policy

30-day returns: If you are not satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method.

Eligibility: Items must be unused, uninstalled and in their original, undamaged packaging with all parts and hardware. Items that have been installed, altered or damaged after delivery cannot be returned.

How to start a return: Email finoluis@icloud.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. Please do not send items back without return instructions; unauthorized returns may be refused.

Return shipping: For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Freight items (freestanding tubs and oversized vanities) may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%, which we will confirm before you return the item.

Damaged or defective items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping, at no cost to you.

Final sale: Special-order and clearance items are final sale and are marked as such on the product page.

Refund timing: Refunds are issued within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
