Outdoor wall lights, porch pendants and outdoor chandeliers for front doors, garages, patios and covered porches. Wet-rated fixtures can be installed on exposed exterior walls; damp-rated fixtures belong in covered areas. Mount wall lanterns beside a front door at about 66 inches from the threshold, with the fixture roughly one-quarter to one-third the height of the door.
