Lighting, mirrors and decor
Most items ship by insured parcel carrier and leave the warehouse within 2–5 business days. You'll receive tracking by email as soon as your order ships.
Freestanding tubs and oversized items
Most vanities ship by parcel. Freestanding tubs and some large solid wood vanities ship by freight with curbside delivery. The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery window. Please have help available to move the item inside.
Inspect before you sign
When your delivery arrives, inspect the packaging and product before signing. If you see any damage, note it on the delivery receipt, take photos, and contact us within 48 hours. We'll arrange a replacement or refund quickly.
Where we ship
We currently ship to the 48 contiguous states and Washington, D.C. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories or international addresses yet.
