We want you to love every piece. If something isn't right, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, uninstalled and in their original packaging.
- Contact us before sending anything back so we can provide return instructions.
- Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is the customer's responsibility. Freight items (freestanding tubs and oversized vanities) may be subject to a restocking fee, which we'll confirm before you return.
- Damaged or defective items are always on us: report them within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll make it right.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.
