How long does shipping take?
Most lighting and decor leaves the warehouse in 2–5 business days. Freight items (freestanding tubs and oversized vanities) are scheduled with you by the carrier.
Do light fixtures include bulbs?
It varies by fixture; each product page lists the bulb type and whether bulbs are included.
Who should install my lighting?
Hardwired fixtures should be installed by a licensed electrician.
Do you ship outside the continental U.S.?
Not yet. We currently ship to the 48 contiguous states and Washington, D.C.
Can I return an item?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. See our Returns & Exchanges page for details.
